What an intriguing day! I had a joyous time meeting and teaching each one of you! From 2pm to 6pm, we baked a steaming tray of Lasagna Delight, fried some Cauliflower Manchurian, and cooked up a delicious bowl of Paneer Tikka Masala with veggies. Although it was detailed work, we laughed and smiled through the entire day! I am gratified with the interest you all showed in learning these dishes. It was truely an exciting day for me!
