Vegan Pina-colada smoothie with Chia seeds
- 1 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
- 2-3 cup light coconut milk
- 1 TBSP Chia seeds(soaked in water few 2 min ahead)
- 1 tsp brown sugar or honey (optional, if you like things sweeter)
- Few Crushed Ice
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately. This healthy tropical flavored smoothie is ready in minute and will keep you feeling full for hours.
- Tip: You can add banana as well.
