Vegan Mango Lassi(Healthy)
- Fresh or Frozen Organic mango chunks 1 Cup
- Organic Coconut milk 6 to 8 OZ
- Honey 2 TBSP
- Lemon Juice 1 tsp
- Pinch of Cardamom powder
- Ice cubes 4 OZ
- Add everything in a blender for a min and Serve immediately.
- Garnish with fresh Mint.
- You can substitute with any type Sugar for sweetness
- You can replace honey or sugar with any vegan vanilla or unflavored protein powder( 2 TBSP) to make it as your morning healthy breakfast protein drink. You will be amazed with the taste!
