  • Fresh or Frozen Organic mango chunks 1 Cup
  • Organic Coconut milk 6 to 8 OZ
  • Honey 2 TBSP
  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp
  • Pinch of Cardamom powder
  • Ice cubes 4 OZ


  1. Add everything in a blender for a min and Serve immediately.
  2. Garnish with fresh Mint.
  3. You can substitute with any type Sugar for sweetness
  4. You can replace honey or sugar with any vegan vanilla or unflavored protein powder( 2 TBSP) to make it as your morning healthy breakfast protein drink. You will be amazed with the taste!
  5. If you are OK with dairy, You can add any unflavored or vanilla whey protein powder and can add any milk of your choice
  6. Try according to your taste and needs and you will be amazed with the taste.
