Vegan Pina-colada smoothie with Chia seeds

Ingredients:

  • 1 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • 2-3 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 TBSP Chia seeds(soaked in water few 2 min ahead)
  • 1 tsp brown sugar or honey (optional, if you like things sweeter)
  • Few Crushed Ice

Directions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately. This healthy tropical flavored smoothie is ready in minute and will keep you feeling full for hours.
  2. Tip: You can add banana as well.
